Gary is an Affiliate Broker with Realty Executives Associates, the number one real estate firm in the greater Knoxville area with over 550 top agents and over 1.3 Billion in sales in 2016! He is a graduate of SUNY Binghamton School of Management, ranked among the most elite business schools in the country, with a Master’s Degree in Management Science.

Gary is a veteran of the USAF and worked seven years as an Air Traffic Controller. In 1982, he began a very successful career as an Executive Recruiter in the high technology world and was fortunate to have worked with several of the High Tech’s industry legends at Apple, Next Computer, Sun Microsystems, Intel and many others. Gary has successfully negotiated and consummated over 1000 contracts in his long business career. He has also been a successful hockey coach and was a member of the USA Olympic Development coaching staff and a power skating instructor for several NHL players. When he moved to Knoxville in 1998 he went on to coach the University of Tennessee Ice Vols, one of the USA’s oldest programs, dating to 1966.

Gary’s real estate focus is on resort properties in Tellico Village, Windriver, Rarity Bay, Kahite, Tennessee National and Foothills Point. His hobbies center on construction, woodworking, music, and gourmet cooking. He has built three homes to impeccable craftsmanship standards. He looks forward to using all his strengths to help buyers evaluate home choices and successfully purchase their dream home. As a listing agent, he enjoys helping sellers market their properties, utilizing all of the current state of the art high technology tools. Gary believes that the key to maximum home values is developing a true value proposition and then marketing nationwide, not just locally.
